3-Step Booking Process
- Request for transportation: filling out the request for transportation receiving fares, pictures, answering questions, inspecting the vehicle if you wish

- Transportation Company- reservation, Itinerary, billing, and contact information
- Client confirmation: The client calls/emails/ texts to double confirm all information with the transportation company to ensure everyone is on the same page, with the client paying a deposit which is usually 10-20% of the entire cost. The remainder of the balance can be done with the transportation company by credit card beforehand or by cash on arrival.
Fare types:
Round Trip: Fares generally a pickup from one point with transportation to a destination and then a return to a point that doesn’t have to be the same as the pickup location.
Hourly: Typically when a client needs multiple destinations, continual service, e.g. wine tours, Brewery tours,
One-Way Fares: One pickup and drop-off point-to-point.
Hybrid Fares: sometimes available for split shifts. An hourly fare mixed with transfer fares or even downtime between hourly. This works well for weddings that may need windows of service with large down times in the middle.
